i thought it would be amusing to go to the kaki king instore this past saturday. and it really was. i think people watching was better then the actual show, but maybe thats how it always it. but this is not to say that she isn’t great. cause she is.
i used to work at a record store. and this particular guy came into the shop at least twice a week looking for posters for bands to get autographed. it didn’t matter who it was. i wonder if it was a hobby for him or what? if i was a writer, i would write him into my book.

live at the doug fir. possibly one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had there. i mostly wished i could have a private show because the crowd was killing my soul. it was one of those shows where it would have been better to just leave and listen to her record in the car then have to deal with every jerk in the crowd.

What an unenthusiastic crowd, especially the person waiting to get something signed. It looks like a business transaction and he’s being ripped off or something.

I love all the people’s heads popping up behind the records, as if they too are for sale. I kind of want to throw skee balls at them.
